Important Details
Any Confab25 attendee can propose a talk!
Each talk is 5 minutes or less. (Warning: We’ll stick to time limits!)
We recommend you limit yourself to 2-3 slides.
We will do our best to accommodate all interest, but space is limited. Selections will be based on relevance to Confab25 themes and audience.
All speakers must present in person at the meeting.
Due to the nature of lightning talks, the talk can have multiple authors, but only one person will be able to give the actual presentation.
Only one lightning talk proposal per person.
Priority will be given to speakers who are not otherwise presenting at Confab25.
Confab25 Audience
Confab attendees are a mix of scientists, network engineers, and other ESnet stakeholders from across the DOE science ecosystem. For the best experience for presenters and attendees, talks should be designed with this broad audience in mind.
