Breakout Meetings

Confab25 will host three optional all-day working meetings on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

Please review meeting details prior to registering. Participation in some meetings is limited.

ESnet and JLab will host a daylong EJFAT User Meeting at Confab25. EJFAT uses traffic-shaping and load-balancing Field Programmable Gate Arrays that are designed to allow data from multiple types of scientific instruments to be streamed and processed in real time by multiple high-performance computing (HPC) facilities. 

Audience: The EJFAT User Meeting is open to all scientists, developers, and users from DOE Basic Energy Sciences and Nuclear Physics programs, and to HPC facilities that are currently working with EJFAT or interested in potential future use.

ESnet Site Coordinators Committee (ESCC) meetings are a technical forum to establish community practices that govern the smooth operation of the ESnet-Labs/sites joint networking endeavors.

Audience: ESCC Meetings are for ESCC members and their designees, associated ESnet staff, and other invited guests.
